Rotating Ads are posted, updated and deleted in the same manner as the fixed Ads or the Sponsors on the Sponsors page. The only difference is the remaining pages will randomly display four different Ads from the "pool" of Ads that you create by posting Ads on the Rotating Ads page. There are no positions (such as "top left") defined for the Rotating Ads; they will appear randomly on different positions each time the page is loaded.

Each Rotating Ad will be displayed approximately the same number of times. Note that as you increase the number of Rotating Ads you will see each ad less frequently.

You can get to the Rotating Banner Ad page by going ot Community > Banner Ads and clicking the link at the bottom for your Rotating Ads. You will see an "Add A New Ad" link near the top of this page. Click this link to add a new Ad. For previously posted Ads, you will have the option to "Update" or "Delete" the Ad.

POST NEW AD: Clicking the "Add A New Ad" link will take you to the Ad set-up page. Here is where you enter the options for your Ad. See below for a description of the Ad banner options.

UPDATE: Similar to "Add A New Ad", except you will see the information for the current Ad. You can edit or delete this information, and re-post the Ad with your changes.

DELETE: You will get a warning window asking whether you want to delete the Ad. Click the "Delete" button to completely remove the Ad, or "Cancel" if you change your mind.

Ad Banner Options (On the Post New and Update Ad Pages):

1. Press the "Add a New Ad" button.

2. In the "Link" section, Insert the URL for your sponsors website if you would like to have this Ad be a link.

3. Type some text to create a Text Ad, or click the radio button for Image Ad and upload an image. The banner will not recognize the image unless you have checked the radio button for Image Ad.

4. The Sponsor entry is the same on all Sponsor entry pages. Ads entered into the Rotating Ads will automatically display in your Sponsors Page as well, unless the "Do not display ad on Sponsors Page" option is checked. We reccommend that you check this option to eliminate confusion.

5. Press "INSERT AD" to input the Ad into your Rotating Ad Pool.
