• Images have a display size and a file size. The display size lists the picture's width and height (600x400 pixels) while the file size lists how much space the file takes up on your computer (1,097 Kilobytes). Pictures with smaller file sizes will load faster. We recommend images be 200 KB or less.
• The Image Manager will resize photos larger than 650 pixels in width or height.
• If you notice that a picture loads slowly or doesn't upload properly, it may be too large or the quality may be too high. Use your preferred image editing program to resize the images to 200KB or less.

Yes, but they must be less than 5MB in size. Most videos are way larger. 

We recommend creating a YouTube channel for your organization and uploading videos there.  YouTube automatically creates embeddable links to your videos that can be added to any text area or module.  Once added, the embeded code displays the actual video.
