Team/League Info
The Site Details page is used to control various settings. Many of the settings are self-explanatory, updates to others affect other places of your website.

 

Site Summary

A breakdown of your organization's membership details.

 

Click the pencil icon to:

  • change the site id.  The site ID is hard-coded into many places of your website including photos and manually created navigation links. Use caution when changing your Site ID. If you choose to change the Site ID, be sure to check your visitors website thoroughly to re-upload any photos & repair any links.
  • jump to the Teams & Packages page
  • website owners can initiate the process to permanently delete this website. (NOT RECOMMENDED. CONTACT SUPPORT TO DISCUSS DIFFERENT OPTIONS)
Location

Click the pencil icon to:

  • change the country
  • change the state
  • change the city
  • change the zip code
  • change the time zone.  Setting the Time Zone will activate the tools for visitors to subscribe to your team or organizations schedule from their desktop or smart phone.
Name & Web Address

Click the pencil icon to:

  • edit the sponsor
  • edit the sport/organization name
  • view the URL for the Home Page
  • click for details about Domains

 
Sport Details

 Click the pencil icon to:

  • change the innings/periods
  • change the Age Group
  • change the Gender
  • change the Skill Level
  • select if you'd like this site to be searchable
Use the Advanced Settings section to:
Edit your Site Width Settings

Access and add code to the head of your site (used most often by advanced developers)

Edit and update your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) details and activate default sharing links for Social Media

Leagues can access the Multi-Tier Layout Control page which allows multi-team sites to access, edit, push down, and restrict access of various elements to the teams in their organization (this option does not appear for single-team sites)
Options Settings

Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to activate.

Website Display 

  • Change your website to Active or Disabled. When Disabled, visitors to your website will see an "Under Construction" graphic that instructs them to check back later.
  • Choose if ACTIVATE WITH HQ WEBSITE is used or not*
  • Quickly activate or deactivate team websites*

*applies to multi-team structures

International

  • Use the dropdown to select the language for your visitor's website. The language of your admin website will not change.
