Help System Search

The SETUP TEAMS box is used to make changes and updates to your Team or League.

 

Single Team Sites Can:

• Change the membership level.  The current membership level is indicated in yellow. If your new membership level requires payment, click the gold BUY NOW button to the right. If your new membership level does not require payment, click the blue SAVE SETUP button to the right.
• Convert to a Multi-Team site.  Click the Convert to Multi-Team link to the lower right hand corner and follow the prompts.  See the Convert to Multi-Team help topic for more information.

League Sites Can:

• Add Teams, Add Groups, Package Sets.  Use the links at the top of the SETUP TEAMS box and follow the prompts.
• Change Information for a Group or specific Team.  Click the Group or Team name to access the popup that allows you to

• Rename
• Move
• Change Order
• Delete (Note: deleting information is a permanent action! Contact support for other options.)
• Add Groups
• Add Teams
• Pick Packages

 

Always click the blue SAVE SETUP button to make your changes live. 

 

If a gold BUY NOW button has appeared, the changes you have made require payment.  The amount due is also shown on the BUY NOW button. Click the gold button to be brought through to the payment page.  Once payment has been processed, the changes will be live.

 

Note: the system will charge a pro-rated amount based on the amount of time left in your current membership cycle for upgrades, including adding more Teams or upgrading to a higher package.  The PACKAGE COST box on the right displays a breakdown of your current setup, along with your Annual Renewal Cost and Expiration date.
