Uploading Photos (Bulk Uploading)

Bulk Uploading in text areas (Main Text A or B, the About Page, Custom Pages and more):

You can use the CKeditor to upload multiple photos. Internet Explorer users using the IE legacy editor can switch using the dropdown menu at the bottom of any text area.

1. Edit any text area (Example: Page Editors > Home Page, and click Edit above any text area)

2. Press Image Manager (CKeditor) or "add image/audio/video from folder" (IE_Legacy editor)

3. Click Upload Files on the top right

4. Click "Choose Files" (in some cases this may take a moment to appear. (If it does not appear, switch to single-file uploader)

5. Choose your pictures and click Open.

6. Click Upload to server

7. This box will close on its own. You can then navigate to your photo.(use the Sort drop-down on the top left to help sort)

8. Click on an image and press Insert Into Page.

- Large images or photos from a digital camera can take some time to transfer, so we recommend uploading between 5 to 10 photos at a time. If an image is extremely large you may need to reduce the size externally before attempting to upload. (overly large images will be cut-off with gray at the bottom)

Bulk Uploading in the Photo Gallery (Layout & Media > Photo Gallery):
1. Click "Add new Album" or click an existing album.

2. Use the "+ Add New Photos(s)" button.

3. Click Choose Photos. Choose your photos and click Open.

4. Click "Add these files to album".

5. No other step is needed, click the Albums tab to return to your Albums.

- When uploading using either upload program, hold Ctrl on your keyboard to pick individual files within your computers folder, or  hold Shift to highlight and choose a group of photos that are together.

- The photo gallery adds photos to the bottom of the list. Contact Support if you need them uploaded to the top instead.

Slideshows

To create an animated slideshow, you'll need to use a free image hosting site like like Flickr, or Imageshack to create a slide show of your images. You can create an account, upload your files, and obtain the slide show embed code. The embed code is then inserted into a text area (on the Home Page or Custom Page) by pressing the Paste Code (or plain text) button and pasting the code.
