Season Update FAQ
Q: Can I reactivate a season once I have archived it?
No. If you have a special circumstance that you believe requires reactivating an old season, contact support.
Q: I want to store a future season schedule. Should I use the season change tools?

No. If you'd like to add games or events to a future season, use the Season drop down to manually select the future season as you add the game or event.

If you'd like to import a full schedule into a future season, contact support for assistance.

Q: What if every team in my league is not ready to move into the new season?

Every team within the league has to be on the same season. There is not a way for some teams to be on one season and others to be in a different season.

Contact support for alternate solutions if it is absolutely necessary for a team to be on a different season.

Q: I'm a coach for a team & I do not see the Season Update tool. Why?
Updating the season is controlled by the league. Contact your league directly with your request to update to the new season.
Q: I'm scared to update to the new season. What should I do?
