Email Updates for Schedule Changes

Need to notify your team when there is an important update in the schedule?

Our Schedule Program comes with built-in tools to notify your team when there is an important update, such as a time change or cancelation.

 

To activate this option, use the settings at the bottom of any Game or Event Info page (When adding a new game/event, or after you Edit an existing one).

 

You can send update notices to the Team Webmaster, Staff/Coaches or Players by clicking their checkbox. There is also a CC field, which can be one or more emails (separated with a comma). These are standard sections which update from the emails you enter in the website.

 

Support can also add a Custom Contact List to the options, if there is a specific email list you wish to notify. with schedule changes. Just create the list (Rosters & Staff > Contact Lists) and contact Support with the list name.

-Note that the list must be under 100 contacts.

 

-League sites can also force teams to email the League Administrator every time a change is made to any game or event.

 

This is a standard option in the website, available with any level site. Contact Support if you have any questions regarding this feature.
