Registration is the primary feature of a Champion level account. There are no additional fees for managing your registration.

You can try out the Registration feature for free during a 30-day trial of a HomeTeamsONLINE website. After the Trial, the account must be Champion to continue viewing and managing your forms. All of the forms, information and even all the Registrant information entered after the trial are preserved but can only be viewed and managed after upgrading the account.

Managing Online Registration couldn't be easier. Login to your HomeTeamsONLINE site on a computer or mobile device and click the button to add a new form on the Registration Page.

You can have any number of paid or unpaid forms active at any time. You can manually activate or hide any of your forms from public view. You can also add password protection to any form or all of your forms.  

In the footer of any form you can also:

• Require user to check box to accept terms.
• Require parental consent initials.
• Show line for signature on print page.

The only cost is the cost of your annual subscription fee for a HomeTeamsONLINE website. You can view plans and pricing here.

The only additional fee would be whatever your merchant account charges to process transactions (for example PayPal).  If you collect fees online your merchant account may charge to process the transactions.

With any Champion level account with HomeTeamsONLINE, you can have any number of forms or registrants per form. There are no additional fees or per-transaction fees through HomeTeamsONLINE.

All your forms are accessible on your public Registration page. You can also get a direct link to your forms or any individual form.

A Champion level account also comes with a free domain name; HomeTeamsONLINE will register, link and manage a domain name for you to make it easy to find your site and access your forms (provided the domain name is available).  If you already have your own domain, our Support Team can assist you with linking it to your website.

There is no limit to the number of registrants per form. Every form can have any number of registrants.

You can use the button in the Roster column of your Registrants List to add any registrant as a player in the Roster. Multi-Team sites will be able to choose the team to add the player to.

You can also download your registrant list and import it using the Import People tool.

Every form has a list of registrants and all of their registrant info.

Our site is customized to work with PayPal. When using PayPal, the PayPal servers will communicate back to your Registrant List to verify who has paid. (HomeTeamsONLINE is not affiliated with PayPal in any way).

If you choose to use a different merchant account, you can manually mark who has paid in the Registrant list and/or download your registrant list to cross check it with your Merchant Service Records.
