How do I convert a team account to a League or Multi-Team account?

If you have a single Team site, and would like to display information on more than one Team, you can convert your site to a League site.

There is a link on the Administrator Home Page to convert your site to a multi-team account by clicking the do you need to "add more teams" link.
 

What will happen when I convert my site?

When you convert your site, all of your information will be saved as the first Team in your League, and you can then add new Teams by going to Teams & Schedules > Setup Teams.
 

What is the price to convert? 
Converting is a free service. However, your subscription will change based on the number of teams and the package you are using. The price of your renewal will reflect these changes. For information on League pricing, check out our League Pricing link at the top of our Home Page.

Now that I have multiple teams, what will change?

Using a multi-team site is very similar to using a single team site, except there will be a few minor differences. When adding players, you'll now pick a team first. When adding new games, you can now pick which team the game is for, and type the name of the opponent in the "OR:" box.

The biggest difference is that there are now two kinds of events – "league" and "team". If you assign an event to "All (League Name)", these events will show in the default schedule view, which includes all games for both teams. If you assign an event to one team, you will only see that event when you pick that team to view only that team's schedule. Team schedules do not include the "league" events. There are options in the Advanced Settings to make "team" events show in full view or "league" events in the team view. If you edit the Mini-Schedule on the Home Page, there is a check box whether or not to show team events.

The information is separated by page. This means that the site will still look the same with the Schedule, Scores, Stats and Roster Pages, but there will now be a "Select Team" option to pick which team you wish to view.

What if I have a League or Multi-Team site and I only need 1 team? Can I convert to Single-Team?

To change your account from a League to Team, you must first remove all but one Team from your League Structure (Sports HQ page). When you have just one active Team remaining a button will appear in the Account Summary on the Admin Home Page that you can click to convert to a Single Team site.
