Help System Search

Use the     Navigation Menu on the left side to Navigate your site

Set up quickly using the   Get Started menus. 

Click the     icon to review your account.
 

Click your Team Name to view site details, or navigate multi-team sites.

Click the links at the top of the page to view alerts, options and help:

   Bell - (dashboard only) shows alerts about your account. A red number indicates the number of alerts.

   Gear - contains special customizations related to the current page or feature. Based on over 20 years of customer requests!

   Help - displays page help for the current page, plus links to more help and contact info. 

Click the WEBSITE tab on the top right to preview your website. Click the ADMIN tab to return to the Admin view and edit the page you are previewing.

The schedule displays the current month & date by default. Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the module to change the view.

Click 'Send a Message' to go to the Message Center, where you can quickly message the people in your organization.
 

Convenient links quickly take you to 'staff' (Coaches & Staff) 'players' (Roster) and 'overview' (People Overview).

The Site Contact is also listed here (The Primary Contact Role for the account)
When the Site Contact logs in they will have a link to edit their information. All other roles will see an envelope here to open an contact form and email the Site Contact directly.

View up-to-the-minute news on releases and updates, get tips, tricks, and hints before anyone else!

Click the Headset Icon "Contact HTO" at the bottom of the menu to email or call the HTO Support Team!

 Note that iPhone is restrictive - home screen icons can only be created manually.

1. (Only Safari is allowed to do this). Open HTO using Safari and log in to your site

2. click the icon at the bottom to open the menu

3. choose the option to add to home screen

4. enter a title such as "HTO" and click the button to add.
