Changing Your SiteID

Changing your Site ID will change the URL for your website. Only the Owner of a website can change a site's ID.

BEFORE YOU CHANGE YOUR SITE ID

IMPORTANT: Changing your Site ID may affect external web pages, documents, emails (created by you, or fans, players, or staff) and also may affect certain links to images you have posted on the site. If you manage your own domain you may also have to modify your domain account.
Changing the Site ID
  1. Click the name of your organization at the top center of your admin site and click edit details. In the SITE SUMMARY box, click the blue change link.
  2. Review the information on the page and if you're sure, click Send Confirmation Email. Check your email and follow the prompts to complete the process.
After changing your Site ID

Be sure to update links that appear on other websites or documents, and notify your fans of the new URL if necessary.


If you manage your own domain, be sure to update domain forwarding to the new address. If HTO manages your domain it will be updated automatically.
