Use the Text Alerts feature to send a text message to Players &/or Coaches & set defaults to send alerts when the Schedule is updated.
The text message feature pulls information from the Player and Coach/Staff Profiles. Before a message can be sent, Players need to be added to your Roster; and Coaches need to be assigned to your team (People > Roster | People > Coaches & Staff). Accurate Mobile Number & Provider information needs to be saved in the profiles.

| SEND A TEXT MESSAGE |

By default, the From field will be the owner's email address. Click to update the field. The From email must be a valid email address or emails/texts will not be sent.
Use the To drop-down to identify who you'd like to send the text to. Note that only players and coaches/staff members can receive text messages.
Enter the information you wish to send and click Send Text.
Keep in mind that the Texting feature uses SMS, which has a 160 character limit.

THE LINK BUTTON |

Use the link button to easily place a link to any page on your site. This is a convenient way to link anywhere on your site, but you can also paste a URL directly into the message. Any properly formatted URL should be a clickable link in any email or text received.

| SCHEDULE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS |
|
Click the toggles to send people notifications when the Schedule is updated. Toggles that are blue will be set to receive notifications by default, but can manually be unchecked when an admin is updating the Schedule. Be sure to click Save As Default. Text Alerts will be sent to Players & Coaches. Contact Support to add Contact Lists to receive email notifications when the Schedule is updated. Go to People > Manage People to create a list.
