Registration: List of Forms

 Use the List of Forms page to view & access information for all of your registration forms.

 

CREATE A NEW FORM

To create a new registration form, click the + add new form button. 

See the Help tab on the EDIT FORM page for details and tips on creating a form.

 

EDIT COLUMN

Click the pencil icon for any form to:

  • edit the form
  • toggle the form to active/disabled
  • access the registrants
  • create a copy of this form
  • permanently delete this form
REGISTRANTS COLUMN

The button displays the number of registrants that have used this form. 
Click the button to go to the VIEW REGISTRANTS page.
See the Help tab on the VIEW REGISTRANTS page for details.

 

REGISTRANTS, LAST & PAYMENTS COLUMNS

The button in the Registrants column displays the number of registrants that have used this form. 

Click the button to view the registrants on this form.

 

The Last column displays the date of the most recent registration.

 

The Payments column displays an icon for the form(s) of payment that are set to be accepted on this form.

Click the pencil icon then select edit to change the payment options for the form.

 

  OPTIONS TAB (Gear Icon)

Click the gear   at the top right to view dozens of custom options! We often add new options as customers make requests.
The options are arranged under the following tabs:

  • Formatting
  • User Input Labels
  • Footer
  • Confirmation Page
  • Email
  • Advanced

Note: The custom settings apply to all your forms. If you'd like any of the Options settings applied to only a specific form, contact support.
