Registration: View Registrants

The View Registrants page provides a record of submitted forms and their status.
 

IMPORTANT: Currently, only PayPal and Stripe integrate with our website to return transaction results for payment verification.Payment verification for checks and other services like Zelle and Venmo is NOT sent back to this website. You must log in to those accounts to verify payment.
 

EMAIL RECEIPTS TO REGISTRANTS

Receipts are automatically sent to registrants for PayPal and Stripe transactions. For other payment methods or unpaid forms, receipts are not sent because we do not receive confirmation from those payment processors.

Manual Actions:

  • Go to the Registrants page to manually update payment status and send receipts or invoices.
  • Use the form’s email settings to always send a confirmation email to registrants when they fill out a form, even if no payment is made.

The PayPal column shows payment status when PayPal is used. For example:

Payment statuses for services like Zelle or Venmo must be tracked manually since confirmation data is not sent to the website. For example:

Tools: On the far right, search for a Registrant by name, quickly edit the form, or download all registrants to Excel.

The page organizes data into a table with 9 columns:

SENDING EMAIL INVOICES AND RECEIPTS

Use the tools in each registrant’s listing to send invoices or receipts:

  • Invoice: Verify invoice details, update the custom message, and add a CC. The auto-generated email includes a payment link.
  • Receipt: Verify receipt details and update the custom message as needed.

Tip: Once an email is sent, the button’s text color changes from bold black to white, helping you track who has been contacted.
