A Team Webmaster is an important role.  Though the main HQ  is the owner & primary contact for every team by default, each team can have its own team-level Webmaster.

Often, the team-level Webmaster is the coach of the team or other person willing to receive alerts and notifications that affect the team, communicate with players and update Schedules, Scores, and other content for a team-level website.

✔ Tip: Other roles can be set up at the team level, but will not be shown on the Team Webmasters page.  Click on a team's name on the Team Webmasters page & select edit team roles.
