Group Chat

Use the Group Chat to post messages to your Players & Coaches or to the people you've invited to help you edit your website. They can reply the next time they log in.

 

Use the dropdown to choose Players or Site Admins before posting your message.

 

Players

Before you can post messages to your Players, they have to be added to the Roster and invited to edit their own contact info.

 

Go to People > Roster to add Players.  Then, choose edit player to add their address & use the send invite button to invite.

Site Admins

 Site admins are the people you've invited to help maintain your website. Before you can post a message to the site admins, they have to be invited.

 

Go to People > Coaches/Staff/Admins & click League Admins**Team Webmasters**, or Team Admins* to invite people.

What about Coaches?

Coaches who have been invited to edit their own contact info can see and respond to messages in the Players Group Chat.

 

Keep in mind that Coaches and Site Admins are different.  If you want your Coach to have administrator access to your website so that they can make edits, invite them as a Site Admin by going to People > Coaches/Staff/Admins > League Admins**Team Webmasters**, or Team Admins*.

League Admins**

Go to the League Admins page if you want to invite people to have access to edit league-level features for every team in your organization. 

Team Webmasters**
Go to the Team Webmasters page if you want to invite someone to be the webmaster for one specific team.  They will have access to edit features for only the team you invite them to.
