My Phone is Not Receiving Texts

Most phone providers support receiving text messages from apps and text from web. This feature is used for notices for doctor appointments, billing alerts, and much more. If you are not receiving certain text messages you may not be getting important alerts and notifications. If your phone is not receiving messages that were expected, you may want to check with your provider to verify your settings. 

If you are not receiving certain text messages there are several possible causes, with different solutions. For example, you may need to reboot your phone, check your privacy settings, or reset your messaging application. We recommend you contact your provider and let them know you are not receiving certain messages, in particular texts from apps and texts from web.
