The default size when uploading images is 600 x 800 pixels, which is a good size for viewing on a website.

To change the default size for a single upload, click Upload Files and in the popup, use the max image size dropdown to select a size.

To change the default size for every upload, go to Design > My Files and click the gear icon on the far right. Click File Uploads and use the Auto Image Size drop-down to select a size.

Uploaded images must be under 15 MB. Larger images are rejected by the uploader and need to be resized before uploading.

For viewing on the web, images do not need to be larger than about 800 pixels wide. Typical sports photos fit well within 100-300 KB, so even small storage allocations hold hundreds of images.

We recommend using Google to search for the best solution for you to resize your images.  The internet offers many free online resources along with many forums that offer step-by-step instructions using the program you choose to use for resizing.
