Dean Ledford, a Saline Middle School Football Coach and former player, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 11th, 2012.  Dean was an integral part of Saline Football.  His dedication and loyalty to the program were unmatched.  He will be sorely missed.  Dean will continue to be remembered through the daily effort and actions of the players in the program he loved.  It is our intention to continue Dean’s legacy by presenting a post-season award in his honor, starting with the 2012 season.  Please keep Dean’s family in your thoughts through this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Coach Palka
