PLEASE READ (UPDATED AUG 20):

Provincial Governments have announced the easing of COVID-19 restrictions TO STAGE-3. That means, outdoor sports fields are available for permitted use for game play. We are in contact with the City of Brampton to receive the latest updates. We recommend that you monitor www.thesalaamcup.com (softball page) for the latest news on this years’ Salaam Cup Softball Tournament.

We will continue to follow the development of the COVID-19 pandemic as the safety and well-being of our community continues to be a top priority for us.

We recommend and strongly encourage that the Salaam Cup community follow the guidelines set by Public Health Ontario (PHO). Let’s make sure we do our part to follow guidelines and stay informed!

If you are interested in registering, please fill out the following form as accurately as possible. You will be added to our mailing list and will receive additional information/updates in regards to our upcoming Softball Tournament at Sesquicentennial Park in Brampton, Ontario scheduled on September 26 & September 27, 2020.

What we need to adhere to:

- physical distancing (2 metres apart)

- absolutely no fans allowed as we need to create a 'bubble-like' atmosphere (don't bring your familes/friends/non-participants)

- teams that have just played or are waiting to play, please stay as far as possible from the diamonds until scheduled

- masks should be worn in the dugouts and highly recommended when playing, especially if you are a baserunner or positioned at one

- keep sanitizers on-hand or go wash your hands as much as you can if possible
