As part of the Illinois Indians baseball program, we include the a detailed travel program that allows families to save money, limit time away from work, and trust that their son is in good hands.

 

The program includes hotel accommodations for coaches and players (max 4 players per room), one team dinner per hotel night and coaches travel expense. Breakfast is included in hotel rate. Players are responsible for their own transportation to, from and during the tournament. Players also responsible for their own lunch and other incidental expenses.

Participation in this program is required in order to play in each tournament. Players who opt out of a particular tournament will be given the opportunity to join the 15U or 16U team that is playing in the Chicagoland area on that given weekend.

Notes:

 

- These hotel and meal accommodations are for players and coaches only. Parents responsible for their own hotel and meal accommodations.

 

- The team will need parent assistance with car pools, laundry and in game drinks like water or Gatorade.

 

- Rooming lists and a detailed itinerary will be provided after the tournament schedule has been released.
