Valley Kings Cannot Hold Onto Lead Versus Cali Rangers

Valley Kings could not hold onto the lead against Cali Rangers on Sunday at San Fernando Senior High School and fell 14-4 despite leading by four at one point.
Valley Kings opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two singles. Valley Kings first got on the board when Isao Shimokawaji singled, scoring two runs.
Cali Rangers flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring 10 runs on six hits to take the lead, 10-4. The biggest blow in the inning was a single 5 that drove in two.
Richard Lopez began the game for Valley Kings. The righty allowed nine hits and 12 runs over three and one-third innings, striking out three and walking three.
