2020 Freestyle season is upon us!!

Important updates for the upcoming season:

We are pleased to announce that we will continue to have our practices held at Mat Su Crossfit with Coach Daniel Graham!

Important dates

First practice of the season is February 24th or February 25th depending on your child's age group/skill level.

We have smaller classes geared towards an athlete’s skill level/ability and their age. This helps all athletes, from beginners to advanced, be challenged and successful throughout the season.

We have divided practices out as follows:

Ages 4-7 will practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm

Ages 8-12 or beginner/novice skill level will practice Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 - 7 pm

Ages 12 and up or advanced skill level will practice Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30 pm

Every Thursday from 6:30-8 pm will be a GRECO only practice for 10U (intermediate) and up

NEW practice has been added for girls/women only on Tuesdays from 6:30-8pm. We are very excited to continue to grow our girls participation and to host practices for Moms on the Mat at our facility as well.

Steps To Register:

1. Register or Renew your USA Wrestling Card here.

All returning and new club members if you have not renewed or purchased your USA membership for 2020, please do so before completing Club Registration (you will need this for your club registration). USA wrestling requires participants to have a current USA Wrestling card for the current season for both practice and competition. Matmen is a sanction registered club and is in good-standing with USA Wrestling. Matmen will be enforcing this requirement.

2. Fill Out and Print Code of Conduct, Medical Waivers and Consent Forms

ALL participants must fill out and turn in Matmen waiver forms before they participate. See below the required forms

3. Register and Pay your Club Fee

Click on Register Now! Fill in all required information.

All Participants must complete all registration requirements before they will be allowed on mat.
