We would like to welcome our new coach, Gaby Shelow, to the Broughton Swimming and Diving Team!  Coach Shelow is currently a teacher at Martin Middle School and we very much look forward to her leading our team.

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements for Broughton Swimming:

 

 

1. Swimmer will be legal in all four strokes

2. Swimmer will have legal flip turns and open turns and use them appropriately

3. Swimmer will be able to complete a 500 yards freestyle swim at a leisurely pace

4. Swimmer will complete a 100 free in under 1:15 at a sprint pace
