Water at HP
We are in need of cases of water for the locker room at HP. If you are willing to donate a case, you can just drop it off in the home dugout at any time. Thank you!
Donation Campaign Notes
We are going LIVE with our donation campaign at 9am on 3/27. If you have more emails to enter please have your son do so today. If you have any questions, please let me know.
The "Locations" link at the top of the page has been updated for all locations of away games scheduled thus far. If the school name has an * at the end that means they play at a location different than their HS. Those schools include: Bellevue, Bishop Brossart, NewCath and Trinity
Playing Time Discussion Reminder
Step 1: Player has a discussion with his head coach.
Step 2: If there are still questions, I will meet with player and head coach.
Step 3: If there are still questions, I will meet with player and parent.
At no time is it acceptable to approach a coach before, during or after a game or practice. FTIS has a 24 hour policy for parents. The above process is how I choose to handle playing time discussions.
THANK YOU!
Thank you to all who assisted with organizing the social. It was a huge success.
Thank you to all who attended. The support is greatly appreciated!

HHS Theatre Needs Help
The Theatre Department at HHS needs old baseball gloves for their production of Damn Yankees. They need 20-25 gloves and are fine with them being old. We will have the kids take a picture of the glove and Mr Burgess will take inventory to ensure they are returned to the proper person. If you have old gloves lying around please get them to me by 3/1.
FinalForms
All, we are using FinalForms to keep track of items like KHSAA physicals, as well as, our athletic participation forms.
Please Click Here to visit the HHS FinalForms website.
You can also click the below PDF document for step-by-step instructions on how to navigate FinalForms.
As a reminder, if a student-athlete does not have a physical on file before the start of tryouts they will not be permitted to participate.

Parent Communication (Remind)
The players and coaches will use Groupme to communicate. Groupme is for players and coaches only. We will use Remind to communicate any schedule changes or updates to family. We will utilize the website for most announcements due to the character restrictions in Remind.
Here's how to sign up: Send a text to 81010 with the following: @birdsbase
You will start receiving text communications. If you want to download the app you can control how you receive messages: text vs app notification and email.
Again, Remind will only be used for changes due to weather or scheduling conflicts. The weekly schedule will be posted here as early as possible.
Since we are so weather dependent we will do our best to update practice schedules as early as possible but always hold out for the chance that we can get on the field.
