Philosophy-Strategic Plan / Coaching Philosophy-Commitment

Develop an organization/Club dedicated to teaching young Guys and Girls the fundamental skills of basketball while stressing the importance of a strong work ethic.  Equip these young players with the skills needed to be the best student-athletes they can be.   Encourage them to mature socially, emotionally and culturally within their community.
