The 2018 season ended with a new league champion. The Muscatine Riverhawks faced off against the Sangamon County Seminoles in a tight contested match taking home the team’s first league championship. The Seminoles had showed dominance throughout the season beating the Riverhawks in the regular season. The league favorite to win the 2018 championship the Illinois Thundercats was upset by Mid-State in the opening round of the playoffs. The Thundercats look primed to make a run at the 2019 league title. The
MA8FL would like to welcome the Clark County Chiefs to the league this year. The Chiefs home field is located in Casey Illinois.
