MIWC 2024-25 Walk in registration will be on Thursday Nov. 7th from 5:00 to 6:00pm in the Foran High School wrestling room.
2024-25 Tentative practice schedule:
Monday - 5:30pm to 7:00pm - Middle School/Elementary
Wednesday - 5:30pm to 7:00pm - Elementary
Thursday - 5:30pm to 7:00pm - Middle School
All practices will be held in the Foran High School wrestling room.

***PARENTS MUST PURCHASE YOUR WRESTLERS USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP CARD PRIOR TO THEIR 1ST PRACTICE. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE CARD.

Wrestlers must be 8yrs old to participate in the
