WEST HILLS PARK: Baseball practice schedule for spring of 2020. Time slots good from 1/1/20, (weather permitting) through 7/1/20 or the start of football practice in Knox County. Your team's payment of $500.00  will guarantee their field reservation on one week night and one two hour block on the weekend.   Times reserved on first paid basis. Field Dragging & upkeep is team's responsibility along with trash pick up.           Park abuse and/or failure to obey park rules will result in forfeiture of your time slots with no refund. We expect the City maintenance crew to clear grass from infields   sometime in the early spring but we never know when they will arrive to do so, at that time our maintenance crew will mow once a week & drag 3 days a week during our season. (April through 1st week of June) To reserve: Call Victor Berry at 300-7406, make arrangements to bring fee and pick your times. Your payment assumes you have surveyed the field and determined if fits your needs.   First Paid= First Choice.     [email protected]  - First Paid= First Choice.                   There is NO PARKING in park or on the streets. This is a city ordinance and they write tickets often.
