Sprinters (100, 200, 400, Hurdlers),
If your running on the meet on Saturday obviously you would not be doing a workout.
If your a sprinter or hurlder and are not going to the meet, we origional said in the workout to do Blocks (this would be difficult since I have the blocks in my car).
So here is the revised workout for Sprinters for Saturday.
100, 200, 400, Hurdlers
1) Warm-Up w/Dynamic Stretch Routine (posted on web site)
2) One set:: 4 x 75 meters build ups with 6 minutes rest. Put cones every 25 meters. For the first 25 meters go 75%, at 50 meters pick up to 85%, the last 25 meters be at 90%.
3) Cool-down - jog 800m then light stretching
If you are hurdler, your more than welcome to go to track at Stonybrook to do Hurdle drills but please put hurdles back next to the shed when your done.
