Remember to get your name plates for your player's jerseys from Champions.  The Name Plates need to be sewn on the uniforms by Wednesday's game.

Also - if your player changes jerseys from last year's number, you WILL need to get the name plates off the old jerseys and have them put on this year's jerseys.
