The Tigers played well the first 40 minutes, despite the fact that neither team were able to score in the first half.  The Tigers had a couple very good chances the first half but couldn't get a goal.  Shawnee Mission Northwest found the back of the net in the 55th minute to take the lead and record the only goal scored.  The Tigers seemed to have the momentum in the closing minutes but did not record a goal.  The Tigers have a day of rest before they take on the Saints from St. Thomas Aquinas in their final league match of the season.  The Tigers are now 9-4-1 overall and 2-3-1 in league play.  This is the last week of the regular season before they enter the play-offs next week.
