FOUR CAPS MAKE TOP 40 CAMP FOR

HOCKEY MB.'s PROGRAM OF EXCELLENCE
 

Goalie Jacey Schettler along with Forwards Callan Harland, Maggie Girard and Alyson Vercaigne will be moving on to the 3rd stage of Hockey Manitoba's Program of Excellence, the TOP 40 Camp to be held May 26-29 at the MTS IcePlex in Winnipeg. The 4 Caps all advanced from the Spring Camp where they had to compete with 100 other players to earn a spot in the Final 40 to see who will be selected to Team Manitoba for the 2011 Nationals held in November. For Harland and Girard it will be their 2nd trip to the Top 40 having made the grade last season while Schettler and Vercaigne will be experiencing this elite camp for the first time. The 40 players attending will be competing for 20 spots to represent Manitoba in Saguenay, Quebec.
