Equipment

All players must wear shin guards, socks, flat shoes and their team-numbered uniforms. The players who is designated the goalie must also wear goaltending gloves. No jewelry of any kind may be worn by any player at any time during the game.

The league ball is “Balon Official—Liga Nacional Futbol size 5.

ROSTER SIZE

A team roster must have a minimum of five players and a maximum of 15 players. Once the League begins, a team can fill any open spots on its roster (for instance, if a team has a roster of seven players, it has three open slots it can fill). However, a team cannot replace any players on its roster, even in the event of an injury to a player. Once a player is on a roster, he cannot switch to another team.

Game Rules

Each game is for 2 / 25 minutes hlaves. The only time the clock can stop is when the ball leaves the playing cage through a hole in the net. Otherwise, the clock does not stop. The referee keeps the time.There is no overtime period or shoot-out

Referees

There is one referee per game, and his decisions on any in game rules are final.

Players

The games are 7 on 7, including a goalie.

Goalie Play

The goalie can only use their hands when in the small box directly in form of the goal, but the goalie can also play anywhere else on the field, as long as he doesn’t use his hands outside the goal box. A team may switch its goalie during any break in the action (this is, before indirect kicks), but the new goalie must be announced to the other team and must wear goaltending gloves.

The goalie cannot use his hand on any ball that is passed to him by a teammate unless touch the wall. Goalies throws must bounce at least once before reaching mid field. If the throw does not bounce before midfield, the opposing team gets an indirect free kick from the middle of the midfield circle

SUBSTITUTIONS

A team may substitute as often and as many men as it wants, but each player coming off the bench must wait in the subbing. If a team has more than five players on the field at one time, the other team will receive an automatic two-minute power play.

All substitutions must come from the doors on the east side of the field (the side away from the snack bar).

Fouls

Slide tackling is illegal for any player. Any player who slide tackles will receive a yellow card, which will result in the other team receiving a two-minute power play. The referee will determine, according to the rules of soccer, whether a foul will result in a direct kick or an indirect kick.

Penalty Card

Any care can be issued at any time, at the referre’s discretion.

A yellow card is issued for aggressive fouls. When a player receives a yellow card, he must leave the field for two minutes, and he cannot be replaced during those two minutes. The team that is fouled has a two-minute power play. If a player receives two yellow cards in the course of one game, he automatically receives a red card.

When a goalie gets a yellow card, his team can choose any player on the field (including the goalie, if the team chooses) to serve the two-minute penalty. If the goalie receives two yellow cards in one game, he automatically receives a red card.

When a player receives a red card (which means automatic ejection from that game and suspension from the next game).

A red card is issued for repeated and/or flagrant violations. A red card automatically results in a five-minute power play for the team that was fouled. The player receiving the red card is automatically ejected from that game and is suspeneded from the next game as well.

OUT OF BOUND

The ball is out when it hits the net or fence. The other team gets an indirect kick from a spot nearest to where the ball went out.

The ceiling net is out of bounds. The other team gets an indirect kick from either the midfield stripe or the white lines, whichever is closer, in the opinion of the referee.
