All paperwork listed on the website must be turned in to the Athletics/Activities Office at South High School by 8:00 am on Monday, October 21st.  You will not be allowed on the ice for tryouts if the office has not received your paperwork.

If you are new to South hockey, you must also have your Baseline Concussion Test completed prior to tryouts.
