Miriah Milliken commits to William Peace

Miriah Milliken of the Brunswick Community College Volleyball Team has committed to play at William Peace University in Raleigh, NC, this fall. Milliken, a sophomore captain setter for the Dolphins, was nationally ranked last fall for aces per set and led the team in assists while starting all season matches. "Miriah was a key asset both offensively and defensively for us. It had been an honor to coach her", said Coach Cuppernull. "I'm so excited to play for Peace", said Milliken. The Peace Pacers are part of the USA South Conference and finished 15-17 overall, and 5-6 in conference play last fall. Miriah, from Ash, North Carolina, plans to major in nursing and is the daughter of Michael and Courtney Milliken.
