Eagles Roll to 2nd Road Win Over Braves

Oak Park overpowered St. John Bosco 10-3 on the road Saturday. The Eagles scored 4 goals in the first quarter and 4 more in the second to take a commanding 8-1 lead into halftime. After 2 more goals in the 3rd, the reserves got most of the playing time in the 4th quarter and gave the fans a view of the future of Eagle lacrosse. Once again, Tommy Evans led the Eagles with 3 goals and an assist. Ryan Darling had 2 goals and 3 assists while Grayson Phillips added 3 goals. Grant Consoletti had 1 goal and 2 assists while Austin Toyama had a goal and Grant Pestano contributed an assist.
Oak Park has climbed to 14th in the CIF Southern Section's latest poll and face the 11th ranked Mira Costa Mustangs on Thursday at 4:30 at Medea Creek Middle School.
