After a tough run of loses over the last 6 game the the Lady Comets finished the regular season on a 4-0 winning streak with 2 solid wins over Portland and two great wins over Fowlerville finishing the last game with a bottom of the 7 th inning 8 run come from behind walk off win.

After struggling to hit the ball the team has hit the ball 47 times (32 single 12 doubles and 3 triples)and scored 40 runs as the offense has started to wake up. Kaysen Strohaver .652 and Jade Queen .500 lead the team over the last week.

It's the best time of the year to put together a run as the girls move into State Tournament play.  They Host the District Tournament next week and start off the tournament playing East Lansing on Tuesday at 4 pm in a Pre-District game.

Hoping they can build off this winning momentum and win  the District trophy Saturday afternoon on our home field.
