1/28/2011-  In a series of roster updates, the Wizards will kick off the 2011 season by announcing a familiar face returning to Watertown this summer.  Kevin Whitehead (Canisius),  now a sophomore, will be returning to the Fairgrounds to backstop the Wizards in our quest to be the western division champions in the newly formed Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League

Wizards General Manager Todd Kirkey- "We are excited that Kevin is coming back to Watertown this summer.  He is a guy that we think has a ton of ability and it is nice that we are getting him a year later in his development.  He has a ton of power and another year at Canisius will certainly help him when he arrives here.  Kevin is also a great clubhouse guy, one of our more popular players and we are expecting big things out of him this summer."  Kevin will be staying with Wade, Kristine and Hunter Czajkowski this summer, the same family he was with last year.
