Women's Basketball Announces New Recruits

The Brunswick Community College Women's Basketball Team has announced its incoming recruits for the 2013-14 season.
Keyana Rutledge, from St. James High School in Murrells Inlet, SC, helped lead her team to a 21-5 record her senior year. Rutledge averaged over 12 points per game. Briahna Dickerson, also from St. James High School, was team captain her senior year and averaged just under 10 points per game. Chantay Smith, from East Carteret High School in Beaufort, NC, averaged 17 points per game her senior year and had a career single game high of 32 points. Jasmine Corbett, from Ashley High School in Wilmington, a strong rebounder and scorer, helped her team win 20 games her senior year. Anasia Evans, from Fairmont High School, was an All Three River Conference 1st Team member and averaged just under 18 points per game and four steals per game. Courtney Pearsall, from Clinton High School was District 4 Player of the Year and scored over 1,000 points in her high school career. She also averaged 15 point per game her senior year. Katrina Brown, from North Brunswick High School in Leland, NC, uses her 5'11" size and speed to average over 10 points per game and just under 10 rebounds per game.
And finally Hayden Jessup, from Topsail High School, in Hampstead, NC, will be the lock down defender for the Dolphins with her great speed and scoring ability.
