RIIL, the governing body for High School sports in RI, reportedly got a number of complaints about the potential lack of days off between the end of the semi-final round of the playoffs and the start of the finals should a team have to play three games in the semi-finals to advance.  It was even the topic of a sports op-ed column in the Providence Journal, and although that piece complained only of the D-I set up, the D-II schedule was equally effected.  So, it has been changed.  The new schedule is below.  There are two differences from the previous edition.  First the opening game on the finals has been pushed back a day to March 16 instead of March 15 as originally scheduled.  Second, the third game of the finals series, if required, will be played at 8:00 pm on March 20.  Previously the time was listed as TBD.
