Two year starters Monica Small (N. Myrtle Beach, SC) and Courtney Pearsall (Clinton, NC) will team up again for Greensboro College.

Courtney Pearsall set a Lady Dolphin single game record of 22 rebounds against Caldwell CC on December 19, 2014. She finished her sophomore season averaging 7 points a game and shooting 43% from the field. She had a season high of 15 points on 7 for 10 shooting at Tidewater CC on February 14th. Courtney graduated with a 3.5 GPA.

Monica Small leave as the all time shot block leader for the Lady Dolphins ranking in the top 25 nationally in that category.

In her final year she averaged 8 points a game with a season high of 18 points in her last game vs. Cape Fear CC in the quarterfinals of the Region X tournament.

"They both moved the program forward and will be hard to replace. They will be a great addition to Greensboro College." said third year head coach Joe Gaughan.
