The Poland Seminary High School wrestling team traveled to Alliance High School Friday and Saturday to compete at the two-day Top Gun Tournament, which featured 46 teams from across Ohio and West Virginia.
The tournament started in 1987 and has grown into one of the top tournaments in the state sponsored by Asics and broadcast live on the internet by Flo Wrestling.
Poland's Anthony Audi earned the highest finish of any wrestler, taking second at 170 pounds. Teammate Trey Ellis placed third at 220. Dante Ginnetti was fourth at 120. Dave Esarco was seventh at 145.
