Team Members Refereeing Games 

If you are faced with no referees for your games,  you are left with a couple of options

 

Option 1

  • Play the game without refs and decide between the teams the basic rules of play(See other News Items for Standards of Play) 
    • Off sides 
    • Goal scored 
    • Penalties (the obvious,  Fighting/roughing, Trips and Slashes) 
    • Games score and sheet information
    • Teams will follow incident notification to league executive 

Option 2 

  • Teams designate a player or players to ref the game.  
    • Players to be given the rights of a Referee and cannot play while being a ref 
    • Refs will follow  the procedures of a referee for sheet completion (Date, Location, Teams, Penalties) 
    • Refs will follow incident notification protocols to league executive(email copy of game sheet with incident write -up as mentioned above. 
    • Refs will be paid for the game in accordance to established rates. 
      • Game sheets(Pic or Scan) must be emailed along with a brief description of game details to league contact Bryce Horbachewski (bryce.is.really@gmail.com))  . 
      • If each Team splits the ref duties, each ref will submit an email with details.  Pay will be half the regular fee.
