April 11, 2026 – AC Tollison Gymnasium - The Carolina Thunder delivered a strong offensive performance from start to finish, defeating the Carolina Panthers 121–104 in ECBL action on Saturday evening. Thunder came out firing early, putting up 30 points in the first quarter and following it with a 37-point second quarter, building a commanding 67–36 halftime lead. The Panthers showed resilience in the second half, including a 38-point fourth quarter, but the early deficit proved too much to overcome. Patrell Rogers led the way for Carolina Thunder with an efficient 31-point performance, shooting an impressive 12-of-20 from the field and 7-of-8 from the free throw line. Daniel Quarles dominated inside with a double-double effort of 28 points and 17 rebounds, while Noah Key added 23 points and Demetrius Knox contributed 21 points and 11 rebounds, giving Thunder a balanced and powerful attack. Keyon Hilton chipped in 20 points, rounding out a deep scoring effort that saw five Thunder players reach double figures.
For the Panthers, Emmanuel Hughes led the scoring with 28 points, while Teus Anderson added 26 points and 17 rebounds in a strong all-around performance. Aaron Rivers contributed 23 points, and Jaylen Quick added 14 points and 14 rebounds, showing fight on the glass. Despite winning the rebounding battle and showing improved offense late, the Panthers struggled to recover from Thunder’s explosive first half. Carolina Thunder’s efficiency and depth proved to be the difference as they controlled the tempo early and never looked back.
