COACH IRA'S 86th BIRTHDAY BASH GAME
GORILLAS vs AMERICANS, DECEMBER 16 @ 9:10 PM

It seems like yesterday we were celebrating Ira's 85th in the locker room and then at Harleys WITH IRA. This year, unfortunately, with Ira still struggling getting back on his feet in the aftermath of major vascular surgery that occurred only 4 days from last years celebration, we look to 'party on' as he recuperates.
Besides winning the game, we'll be toasting Ira with cake and beer in the locker room. Ira has meant so much to so many of past and present Gorillas it would be great if we can give something back to him that can lift his spirits. I'll have a camera to record your personal birthday greeting to Ira that he'll see as collective Gorilla birthday present on his actual birthday, December 18th.

It would be awesome to get a full turnout on the ice and certainly all the rest of Gorilla Nation is invited to watch the game, hang out with us in the locker room and join us for another toast at Harleys. For all those who can't make it in person, if you want to be part of the celebration, put something together and send it to me and I'll make sure Ira sees it.
