This Sunday at the Macintosh Inn in Morrisburg, ON the league will host its first in person draft. This will be the final draft for the league. Next year June 1st will be the start date for trades and signings.
The draft is for players born in 2002 or older. The player can be 19 (2002) but by first game that player plays they must be 20 years old.
Glengarry will be selecting 5th overall in the 1st round and 17th overall in the 3rd round. Glengarry's 2 other picks were dealt to Cornwall last season for defenseman Anthony Calhoun (Cally) and a loaned player. This year GM Jamie Lavigne wants to draft players of size and speed as mentioned "that was what we lacked last year"
