While the storm last Saturday dumped enough snow on the area that Coventry postponed its game with the PHS varsity team, kit wasn’t enough to keep the JV players from Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, Massachusetts from getting the Abbey for their scheduled game with the Patriots JV squad.

With a good-sized crowd on hand for the game Portsmouth was outmatched by the prep school team and lost to the  Shamrocks by a score of 8-2.  Cam Little and Chase Marston were the goal scorers for the Patriots.

The loss was only the second for the JV team against six wins this season.  The squad has five games remaining on the schedule over the next two weeks.  See the home page of this website for information on the next JV game or check the schedule page to plan for all the remaining contests.
