After having a hard time in his high school years, he is now at Western Texas College in Texas.  Derek started his high school career at John Bowne HS, where he attended for 4 years. He wasn't able to participate on the Boys Basketball team, but Derek did have one of the most talented and potential games around the NYC area.  He has now overcome a long road of struggle and got his GED, and he is now a part of the WTC D1, JUCO program in Texas.  Best of luck to Derek, and we are proud of your commitment to continuing your education as well as success in basketball.  We look forward to a successful and productive season on his end.
