After controlling the game for 7 innings the dirtbags give up 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th for the loss. You could see the Dirtbags bats alive in the early innings but after a 3rd inning nothing came together.... Tough loss for the dirtbags in this one, Mike Dow came out and threw a GREAT game only aloowing 2 runs in 6 innings of work strike out 6 batters. Rumor has it Dow has not thrown more than 2 innings in a row in his college career but after tonight performance, you would think we will see more starts from Dow.
